Mitigating the contact risk of COVID-19

Health is paramount. Three River Farmers Alliance is working diligently to mitigate contact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Our staff follows all CDC and State of New Hampshire guidelines ensuring the safe handling of all products and health of our employees and customers.

Adhering to the NH Safer at Home 2.0 guidelines, the following precautions are mandated at our Fremont, NH facility.

Cloth face coverings are worn by all on site personnel at all times.
Regular use and changing of gloves is required in handling all producer product
Delivery is completed by employees wearing cloth face coverings and gloves
Contact surfaces are sanitized multiple times daily using food contact safe cleaning agents with proven effectiveness towards blood borne and biological pathogens, including COVID-19
Standard Operational Procedures are in place to mitigate risk from our farmer and producer partners
Contactless curbside pickup is available at our Fremont facility

Inclement Weather Policy

In the interest of safety, delivery routes may be affected In the event of inclement weather conditions. We will notify customers with confirmed orders by 8pm the day before your scheduled delivery. All affected customers and accounts will be contacted by email. Postponed deliveries are typically rerouted to the next available delivery day, weather conditions permitting.

Credit

Mistakes happen! If we have not fulfilled our promise to you, a credit policy is in place to ensure you only pay for what you receive.

Delivery

Weather does not always cooperate with home delivery of perishable goods. We take many steps to maintain the quality of our products and services delivering local products to your doorstep.

To maintain proper grocery temperatures and humidity, we strongly encourage that clearly marked, clean, dry coolers and freezer bags be used by our customers in the location where Veggie-Go orders are delivered.
