About Us
Backyard Garlic is 100% garlic. We offer our dehydrated garlic in a glass spice jar with attached grinder lid. Think pepper mill – but with garlic! Pungent, warm, and delicious garlic – with just a simple twist. Keep a jar in the kitchen next to your hardest working spices or at the table with the salt and pepper. Backyard Garlic also offers Refill Bags. When your grinder jar is empty, remove the grinder lid (lefty-loosely) tear open the Refill Bag and pour. Then start again from the top!
Owned and operated by Margaret Witham and Rebecca Hennessy Backyard Garlic is rooted in New Hampshire. We grow garlic ourselves and work with farmer partners in NH and ME to keep our garlic lovin’ fans well-stocked in Backyard Garlic.
Practices
Backyard Garlic does not use any synthetic fertilizers, chemical pesticides or fungicides. We use compost and cover crops to build and maintain soil fertility.
